RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Domestic Orders
For any faulty or damaged items - Please contact us via email to roam@runeprovisions.com.au with the detail of the issue prior to returning any products so that we can clarify the nature and validity of the refund or return claim.
- Faulty, damaged or spoiled items must be notified to us ASAP and products must be returned within 14 business days following purchase.
- Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no additional/ in-transit damage occurs.
International Orders
No returns or refunds can be given for international orders (i.e. outside of Australia) that have been shipped.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 8-10 business days of us approving your refund, please email us at roam@runeprovisions.com.au
